Forth one! Drawings are a tad better from now on. xDDD So yeah, those are my rules at the bottom.

In case you didn't catch them, here are the rules (not as written on the comic) I'm abiding by:

1. Only the first pokemon in the area may be caught. If the capture fails, you don't get another chance. If a shiny pokemon is encountered, this rule does not apply.
2. If a pokemon faints, they will go into storage for the rest of eternity and are considered dead.
3. Legendaries may not become party members.

As another general rule, you have to name every pokemon you catch, but I've always done that anyway, so that goes without saying. xDD
